Directors' Holdings

The Company was notified on 17 July 2008 that on 16 July 2008 Osman Shahenshah purchased 500,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 138.6 pence per Ordinary Share and on 17 July 2008 he purchased 37,000 Ordinary Shares at 136.8 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction Dr Shahenshah's holding is 1,412,001 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.38% of the issued share capital of the Company.
