Exercise of Options
The Company announces that an ex member of staff has exercised 333,333 options to subscribe for ordinary shares of one pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1.75p per share, and a further 666,667 options to subscribe for Ordinary Shares at a price of 1.25p per share. The total of 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares have been issued and allotted and application for them to be admitted to trading on AIM has been made to the London Stock Exchange. Admission of and dealings in these Ordinary Shares are expected to commence on 28 April 2009.
Following the issue of these Ordinary Shares, the Company will have 615,568,901 Ordinary Shares in issue, each carrying one voting right. The Company holds no shares in treasury.
