ADVFN announces that it was informed on 3 December 2024 that on 2 December 2024 Amit Tauman, director, acquired 30,000  ordinary shares of 0.2p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 10p per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Amit Tauman is interested in 5,467,972 Ordinary Shares representing 11.81% of the issued share capital of the Company.
