AFH Financial Group PLC (AIM: AFHP), a leading financial planning led wealth management firm, announces, in accordance with AIM Rule 17 and Schedule Two (g) sub-paragraph (viii) of the AIM Rules for Companies, that it has been informed that on 4 January 2017 the ICAEW issued John Wheatly, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, with a Consent Order.

The Consent Order totals £3,250 and relates to a technical complaint in respect of a separate business interest of Mr Wheatley, outside of AFH, during the period 2005 to 2011.
