Aeorema Communications plc ('Aeorema' or 'the Company' or 'the Group')
Grant of Options
Aeorema Communications plc, the AIM-traded live events agency, announces that it has granted options ("Options") over new ordinary shares of 12.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
A total of 110,000 Options have been granted to two senior members of staff (of which 50,000 Options were granted to Jamie Blackwell) under the Company's EMI share option scheme, representing, in aggregate, 1.19 per cent of the Company's current issued share capital.
The Options are exercisable at 71 pence per Ordinary Share (being the closing mid-market price of an Ordinary Share on 19 October 2022), will vest on the third anniversary of the date of grant and can be exercised from the date of vesting until 5:00 p.m. on the business day before the 10th anniversary of the date of grant.
In total 1,880,000 options over Ordinary Shares are now outstanding, representing 20.35 per cent of the Company's current issued share capital.
