Change of board role
Aeorema Communications plc, the AIM-traded events and communications agency, announces that Hannah Luffman, Group Commercial Director, will move to a Non-Executive Director role with effect from 14 March 2022.
Hannah Luffman is leaving her current position of Group Commercial Director at Cheerful Twentyfirst (Aeorema Ltd) to pursue a role as Global Marketing Director for a cloud data hospitality company. She will remain on the board of the Company as a non-executive director.
The board believes that this presents an exciting opportunity for the Company as Hannah moves to a buyer role in the marketing communications industry. With this move, Hannah will bring a wealth of industry knowledge to the table, be able to make referrals to global businesses and expand the Company's network in all markets, with a particular focus on North America. The board look forward to Hannah bringing research, insight, contacts and new relationships to Aeorema.
In accordance with the terms of the option deeds under which options were granted to Hannah Luffman in April 2021, these options will lapse upon Hannah ceasing to be an employee and becoming a non-executive director of the Company.
