Appointment of New CEO

Aeorema Communications plc, the AIM-traded live events and communications agency, has appointed Stephen (Steve) Garvey as Chief Executive Officer of Aeorema Limited, the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, from 1 July 2014. Mr. Garvey's strong skills in sales and business development within the industry will benefit the Company as it builds its position in this innovative and fast-moving sector. Gary Fitzpatrick, one of the founders of the Company remains on the Board.

Steve Garvey has more than 25 years' experience in corporate communications and has worked for a number of cutting edge businesses in the sector. Most recently he was Commercial Director at Stream UK Media Services Ltd, an online video streaming business, prior to which he was CEO at World Television Group PLC, a leading European provider of corporate video communications. He was also Director of Communications at Yes Television plc, a provider of video on demand and high-speed Internet to the television. Since 2010 he has been a director of IVCA, the leading membership organisation for the corporate visual and events industry, and in June 2013 was appointed Chairman. IVCA has since merged with Eventia to form EVCOM and Mr Garvey is expected to be formally appointed Deputy Chairman of EVCOM at the AGM on 19 June 2014.
