Audited Annual Financial Statements and Notice of Annual General Meeting
("AGM")
Alcentra European Floating Rate Income Fund Limited announces that it posted both the Audited Annual Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2018, and the Notice convening the Company's AGM to shareholders today.
The AGM will be held at the Company's registered office, BNP Paribas House, St Julian's Avenue, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 1WA on 27 September 2018 at 10:00 BST.
