Following this acquisition, Antonio de Castro is interested in 236,000 OrdinaryShares, representing approximately 0.2 per cent. of the issued share capital ofthe Company. The Company has also been notified that Marcelo Junqueira, Non-ExecutiveDirector of CEB, has acquired 236,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 106p pershare.
