Director's shareholding
The Company announced on 9 December 2009 that Marcelo Junqueira, a director of CEB, had accepted the cash offer of 12.68p per share by Global Investors Acquisition LLC ("GIA") for the Company in respect of his entire shareholding of 3,418,079 ordinary shares in the Company. The Company has subsequently been notified that his acceptance in relation to 2,105,003 of these shares was incomplete and not accepted by GIA's receiving agent and that he still holds such shares (they represent approximately 1.4% of the Company's issued ordinary shares).
