Director Increases Shareholding
AdEPT (AIM: ADT), one of the UK's leading independent providers of managed services for IT, unified communications, connectivity and voice solutions, was notified that Ian Fishwick (Chief Executive) has increased today his shareholding in the Company following the purchase of 10,196 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 373p per Ordinary Share.
Following the purchase, Mr Fishwick is interested in 708,760 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 3 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company.
