Director Dealing

The Company has been advised that on 12 April 2010, John Swaite, Finance Director, acquired 7,600 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company, at 26p per share.

Following this purchase, Mr Swaite has a total beneficial interest in 11,256 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.05% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
