ISSUE OF EQUITY
Adamas Finance Asia Limited announces that it has received exercise notices in respect of warrants to subscribe for 24,664 new ordinary shares of no par value each ("New Ordinary Shares") at a price of US$0.06 each. The Directors have therefore issued and allotted 24,664 New Ordinary Shares, subject only to their admission to trading on AIM ("Admission").
Application has been made for Admission, which is expected to take place on 12 March 2015. Following the issue of the New Ordinary Shares, there will be 191,967,084 ordinary shares of no par value in issue.
