Adamind Ltd28 February 2007 28 February 2007 Adamind Limited (the "Company") Posting of Circular The Company announces that it is today posting to shareholders a circularconvening an Extraordinary General Meeting (the 'EGM') of the shareholders ofthe Company, which will be held at 10 a.m. on 12 April 2007 at the offices ofCorfin Communications, 11th Floor, 78 Cannon Street, London EC4N 6HH. The EGM will seek the approval of shareholders for the proposed asset saleannounced on 21 February 2007 and the ratification of the appointment of Mr.Johannes Streng to the Company's board of directors, following his appointmentas a non-executive director on 20 February 2007. Should the proposed asset salebe approved by shareholders, the Company will be treated as an investing companyunder Rule 15 of the AIM Rules, and the EGM will therefore also be seekingapproval for the investment strategy detailed in the circular to shareholders.
