DawMed Systems PLC03 January 2006 DAWMED For Immediate Release: DAWMED SYSTEMS PLC Director's Shareholdings On 30 December 2005 Kevin Gilmore, the Chairman of the Company sold 1,000,000Ordinary Shares of 5p each to his Self Invested Personal Pension scheme, thetrustees of which are Scottish Equitable plc, at 19p per share. Notwithstandingthe transfer of shares, Kevin Gilmore's underlying interest in the share capitalof the Company remains the same as it was before such transfer.
