Accrol Group Holdings plc("Accrol" or the "Company")Board Change

Accrol Group Holdings plc (AIM:ACRL) announces that James Flude has resigned as a director of Accrol with effect from 9 February 2018 and will leave the Company on that date to pursue other interests. In the intervening period, James will no longer be the Chief Financial Officer but will remain on the Board as an Executive Director.

The Board has commenced a search for a permanent replacement Chief Financial Officer. In the meantime, Martin Leitch will assume the role of interim Chief Financial Officer but will remain on the operational board.

Gareth Jenkins, Chief Executive Officer of Accrol, commented: "On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank James for the contribution that he has made to Accrol, in particular for his contribution under Private Equity ownership and, more recently, for the key role he played in the successful IPO. We wish him well for the future."
