6.Content of the report: The Company is planning to recall the power cord in China due to the suspected overheating concern.

7.Cause of occurrence: In very rare circumstances such as soaked, improper use or used in high humidity environments, certain LS-15 modeled power cords used with Acer notebook during the period from September 2010 to June 2012 may be oncerns with potential overheating. Although there is no repair or accident occurred up to now, the Company conducts a voluntary recall of relevant products. The suppliers will be responsible for all product recall expenses, and there is no material adverse effect toward the Company finance and business.
