(2)Before the capital reduction: The amount of paid-in capital was NTD30,749,338,280; the number of common shares outstanding was 3,074,933,828. Net worth per share was NTD18.55.
(3)After the capital reduction: The amount of paid-in capital is NTD30,478,538,280 and the number of common shares outstanding is 3,047,853,828. Net worth per share is NTD18.55.
