7.Cause of occurrence: This is to remind the subscribers that the payment due date for Year 2014 Cash Capital Increase was January 26th, and for whom failed to submit the payment by the due date, a further reminder of payment is hereby provided.
8. Countermeasures:
(1)To comply with Article 142 and Article 266, Paragraph 3 of the Company Act of Taiwan, a further reminded payment period started January 28th 2015 to 15:30, March 2nd 2015. Subscribers who haven't submitted the payment for the subscription can do so within the above-mentioned period through Nanjing E. Rd. Branch of Taipei Fubon Commercial Bank and its all branches over Taiwan with the subscription payment document. For who fail to submit the payment after the due date will lose the subscription right.
(2)The Company, after such period, will transfer the shares into the stock depository account of the respective subscribers who had submitted the payment during the aforesaid period.
