Regarding Cash Distribution from the Capital Surplus

(1) The announcement is based on the resolution of 2017 General Shareholders' Meeting and the Board Meeting held on Jun 21, 2017.

(2) The information regarding cash distribution from capital surplus derived from any common stock issued by the Company is as follow:

i. Total amounts for cash distribution: NTD 1,538,378,914

ii. To distribute at a ratio of NTD 0.5 per share (Rounded down to full NT dollar and the fractional amounts will be aggregately recognized as the Company's other income).

iii. Ex-dividend trading date: July 13, 2017

iv. Last date before book closure: July 14, 2017

v. Book closure period: July 16, 2017 to July 20, 2017

vi. The record date: July 20, 2017

vii. Cash distribution date: August 17, 2017

(3) The cash will be distributed by remittance or check mailing on August 17, 2017, and the fees derived from the allocation shall be deducted from the dividends.
