Accuma Group PLC26 May 2006 Accuma Group Plc Exercise of Options Accuma Group Plc ("the Company") announces that it has made application for204,240 ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AiM following the exerciseof options over 204,240 new ordinary shares at a price of 82 pence per share.These shares are expected to be admitted to trading on AiM on 1 June 2006.Following the exercise of these options Accuma will have 25,547,851 ordinaryshares in issue.
