Accident Exchange Group Plc (LSE: ACE),Β a leading provider of accident management and other solutions to the automotive and insurance related sectors,Β willΒ issueΒ itsΒ half-yearly reportΒ for theΒ six monthsΒ ended 31 OctoberΒ 2008Β onΒ Thursday 11Β DecemberΒ 2008.
This is an amendment from the date previously indicated. TheΒ threeΒ day defermentΒ has arisenΒ solelyΒ due to aΒ five dayΒ delay in the receipt ofΒ essentialΒ new dataΒ Β required by Accident ExchangeΒ (received on Tuesday 2 December)Β toΒ establishΒ the exceptional impairment charge on the carrying value of its vehicle fleet, as stated in the period-end trading update issued on 17 November 2008.
