Accident Exchange Group PLC27 December 2006 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 27 December 2006 Accident Exchange Group Plc ("Accident Exchange" or the "Company") Directors'/PDMR's Share Options On 22 December 2006 Accident Exchange granted certain of its Executive Directorsand Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") options over itsordinary shares of 5p each ("Shares") under respectively the Company's Long TermIncentive Plan ("LTIP"), the Approved Company Share Option Plan ("ApprovedPlan") and the Unapproved Company Share Option Plan ("Unapproved Plan"). The options will vest on the expiry of three years from the date of grantprovided, where applicable, that Accident Exchange meets the relevantperformance targets in relation to each of the option grants (see additionalinformation below). The table below sets out details of the number of underlying shares containedwithin the options granted on 22 December 2006 under each relevant plan. Thesetransactions are notified as required by Disclosure Rule 3.1.4 (R)(1)(a) and(b). The exerciseprice of each of the options granted under both the Approved Plan and theUnapproved Plan is 407.83 pence per underlying share being the average of themid market price for the three business days prior to the date of grant.
