Management update
Access Intelligence announces that as from 31 March 2011, Howard Sears will be moving from an executive to a non-executive role at Cobent Limited. Mr Sears has spent the last 12 months working in an executive role, assisting with the integration of Cobent into the Access Intelligence group and helping with knowledge transfer. It is anticipated that Mr Sears will remain as a non-executive director of Cobent until 31 December 2011. He remains a non-executive director of Access Intelligence.
Mr Sears has surrendered all his options to subscribe for shares in Access Intelligence which comprised 1,739,130 options granted under Access's EMI Scheme with an exercise price of 5.75 pence per share and a further 2,500,000 options with an exercise price of 2.75 pence per share.
