Director Dealings
Access Intelligence (AIM: ACC), the technology innovator delivering Software-as-a-Service ("SaaS") solutions for the PR, communications and marketing industries, announces that further to the announcement of 9 December 2020, the 7,922,280 Firm New Shares have today been admitted to trading on AIM.
As described in the announcement, Michael Jackson, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has now sold 500,000 Ordinary Shares at the Placing Price. Mr. Jackson's resultant holding is 1,675,280 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.09 per cent. of the current issued share capital with voting rights, and 1.98 per cent. of the Enlarged Issued Share Capital with voting rights following Conditional Admission.
In addition, the Participating Directors (being Joanna Arnold, Mark Fautley, Christopher Satterthwaite and Chris Pilling) have subscribed for an aggregate of 106,250 Placing Shares. Part of the Placing Shares were acquired pursuant to the Firm Admission and part of the Placing Shares subscribed for by the Participating Directors is subject to Conditional Admission.
