Access Intelligence plc (AIM: ACC) a leading supplier of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions for communications and reputation management, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Fautley as a director of the Company with immediate effect. He has been Chief Financial Officer of the Group since August 2017.
Mark Fautley joined the Company as finance director upon the acquisition of Cision UK Limited in June 2015, where he was finance director. He has more than 15 years' experience of managing local and international finance teams in the Technology and Media sectors. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2006 and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Michael Jackson, non-executive Chairman, commented: "I am delighted to announce this well-deserved promotion. Mark's experience at Cision gave us important continuity following the 2015 acquisition, and he has subsequently provided important support to our CEO Joanna Arnold."
