Additionally, Mr Nicolson is a director of Albemarle & Bond Trustee Limited, the Trustee of the Albemarle & Bond Pawnbrokers Limited Employee Benefit Trust, which holds 604,250 Ordinary shares of 4p each in the capital of the Company and is equivalent to 1.10% of the Company's issued share capital.
