Trading Update

For the year ending 30th April 2017 Abbey PLC has completed 586 House Sales (UK 495, Czechia 52 and Ireland 39).

Group turnover for the year has fallen moderately short of last year's €220m. Higher average sale prices and continuing strong margins mean operating profit should be in the region of last year's levels.

Forward sales for the group are at good levels and both the UK and Ireland are planning to build and sell more New Homes in the year ahead.

Full year results should be available in the week beginning 10th July.
