Close Technology & General VCT PLC03 April 2006 Close Technology & General VCT PLC 3rd April 2006 C Share issue The Board of Close Technology & General VCT PLC is pleased to announce theallotment of 479,122 New C shares at 100p per C Share under the Company's powerto allot pursuant to Section 95(1) of the Companies Act 1985. Following theissue of these C Shares, the total number of C Shares in issue will be35,479,122. Applications have been named to the Financial Services Authority for 479,122Shares to be admitted to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange forthe C Shares to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market forlisted securities.
