Total Voting Rights
Further to the announcement of the results of the Second Placing under the Company's Placing Programme released by the Company on 10 March 2016 under RNS number 7426R, the Company has today issued an additional 53,000,000 redeemable ordinary shares of no par value ("New Shares") at an issue price of 101 pence per New Share.
Following this transaction, the Company's total issued share capital is 302,000,000 redeemable ordinary shares, of which none are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of shares with voting rights in issue is 302,000,000 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
