HALF-YEARLY FINANCIAL REPORTS - preventative measure
Following the Company's previous announcement released on 21 December 2020 advising of corrections to the Company's Half-yearly Financial Report (released on 7 December 2020 at 16:44 under RNS Number 8199H), due to errors by the Company's Administrator in the compilation of that report, the Board has considered what preventative measures it can take to avoid any repetition.
In the first instance, the Board are pleased to announce that KPMG, the Company's auditors, have agreed to henceforth review and issue a review report on future Half-yearly financial statements in accordance with International Standard on Review Engagements 2410 'Review of interim financial information performed by the independent auditor of the entity' as issued by the International Auditing and Assurance Standards Board'.
