Change of Auditor
The directors of the Company announce their appointment of KPMG in Dublin ("KPMG") as the Company's new auditor with effect from 24 October 2018 and, as a consequence of that appointment, they have asked Deloitte LLP of Guernsey ("Deloitte") to retire as auditor of the Company.
The re-appointment of KPMG as auditor for the financial year to 31 March 2019 will be subject to approval by shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held in December 2018.
In their letter of resignation as auditor of the Company, Deloitte confirmed there were no reasons or matters connected with their resignation which they considered should be brought to the attention of the members or creditors of the Company.
