Coventry Building Society announces that Peter Frost, Executive Director and Chief Customer Officer, has decided to retire from the Board following the conclusion of the AGM on 27 April 2023. Peter will therefore not be seeking re-election at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting but will continue in his role as Chief Customer Officer until succession arrangements are confirmed.
Steve Hughes, Chief Executive, said:
"I would like to thank Peter for his outstanding contribution over the last ten years. His leadership has ensured the Society's reputation for customer service is second to none. He has been a passionate advocate for members and colleagues at Board and as part of the executive team."
Peter Frost, Chief Customer Officer, said:
"The Society is a fantastic organisation and it's been a privilege to have been part of its delivery and development over the last ten years. I'll miss working with a great group of people who are genuinely dedicated to doing their best for our members."
