Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
Following notifications made in accordance with Article 19(1) of the UK version of the EU Market Abuse Regulation (EU 596/2014) as adopted under UK law through the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (as amended) and as supplemented by The Market Abuse (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations (SI 2019/310) and in accordance with Article 19(3) thereof, 888 Holdings Plc (the "Company") notifies the following transaction by a person discharging managerial responsibilities (a PDMR) in ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
On 23 September 2022, the Company was notified that Jon Mendelsohn, Chairman of 888, purchased 28,015 Ordinary Shares, at a price of 117.7p each (the "Transaction").
Post this Transaction, Jon Mendelsohn holds an interest of 100,000 Ordinary Shares.
