888, one of the world's most popular online gaming entertainment and solutions providers, announces that, in light of his working closely with management pending the appointment of a new CEO, Brian Mattingley will stand down as Chairman of the Audit Committee and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee with effect from 12 April 2011.
