Share Buy-Back, Director Dealings and TVR
UBC Media Group PLC announces that yesterday it completed a share buy-back of 16,524,040 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 2.75p per share representing 8.5 per cent. of the issued share captial of the Company. UBC will hold the Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
The share purchase was transacted in accordance with the share buy-back authority approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting in July 2010.
In addition the Company has been informed that yesterday, the following directors have also purchased Ordinary Shares in the market at a price of 2.75p per share, as follows:

Total Voting Rights
Following the share buy-back the Company's capital now consists of 195,286,212 Ordinary Shares of which 16,524,040 are held in Treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 178,762,172. The voting rights on the relevant Ordinary Shares are identical.
This figure of 178,762,172 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
