Employee Share Options
The Company has today allotted 250,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the capital of the Company, currently held in Treasury, following the exercise of options held by a current employee.
Following this allotment of shares, the Company's total issued share capital will remain unchanged with 206,619,545 Ordinary Shares in issue. There will be 2,696,004 shares held in treasury. The total number of shares with voting rights in UBC will therefore be 203,923,541. This number may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they may determine if they are required to notify their interesting, or a change in their interest in, UBC, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
