The Final Terms dated 23 June 2023 (the "Final Terms") for National Westminster Bank Plc (the "Issuer") Issue of Series 12 £500,000,000 Floating Rate Regulated Covered Bonds due 2026 (the "Series 12 Covered Bonds"), Series 13 £1,000,000,000 Floating Rate Regulated Covered Bonds due 2027 (the "Series 13 Covered Bonds") and Series 14 £1,500,000,000 Floating Rate Regulated Covered Bonds due 2028 (the "Series 14 Covered Bonds") issued under the €25,000,000,000 Global Covered Bond Programme unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed as to payments of interest and principal by NatWest Covered Bonds Limited Liability Partnership prospectus dated 20 June 2023 (the "Base Prospectus").
