Listing of Series 7883 JPY1,200,000,000 Fixed Rate Subordinated Notes due March 2013

Mitsubishi UFJ Securities International plc has listed its Series 7883 JPY1,200,000,000 Fixed Rate Subordinated Notes due March 2013 (the "Notes") issued under its U.S.$8,000,000,000 EMTN Programme (the "Programme"). In connection with such listing, Supplementary Listing Particulars have been approved by the UK Listing Authority and are available for viewing.
