Moody's 2025 credit opinion of Beyond Housing
In November 2025 Moody's provided their annual assessment of Beyond Housing Limited credit rating. They concluded that the credit rating remained at A2 stable due to factors such as liquidity, strong interest cover ratios and declining exposure to market sales whilst recognising the strong regulatory framework governing housing associations.
