Publication of Annual Report and Accounts 

The Annual Report and Accounts 2022/23 in respect of National Grid Electricity Distribution plc and its subsidiary undertakings, National Grid plc subsidiaries, have been issued to shareholders. 

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.3.1, we confirm that a copy of the above Annual Report and Accounts has also been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority via the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available to the public for inspection at https://www.fca.org.uk/markets/primary-markets/regulatory-disclosures/national-storage-mechanism.
