Publication of Final Terms
The following Final Terms are available for viewing:
Final Terms dated 19 January 2022 in respect of an issue by Toyota Motor Finance (Netherlands) B.V. of GBP 75,000,000 Floating Rate Notes due 21 January 2025 (the "Notes").
The Notes are issued under the €60,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme established by Toyota Motor Finance (Netherlands) B.V., Toyota Credit Canada Inc., Toyota Finance Australia Limited (ABN 48 002 435 181) and Toyota Motor Credit Corporation.
The Final Terms in respect of the Notes must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus dated 17 September 2021, as supplemented by the Supplementary Prospectuses dated 9 November 2021 and 2 December 2021 including all documents incorporated by reference (together, the "Prospectus") which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of the Prospectus Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2017/1129, as amended) and the Prospectus Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 as it forms part of United Kingdom domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, in order to obtain all the relevant information.
