With reference to the Meeting of the Board of Directors of Aluminium Bahrain B.S.C. held on February 12, 2014, the Board recommended the distribution of 22 Fils per share as final dividend to the shareholders registered on the shareholders' register on the date of the Annual General Meeting proposed on February 27, 2014 (record date).
