Fortune Oil has today published on its website www.fortune-oil.com its Annual Financial Report Announcement for the year ended 31 December 2011 (the "2011 Annual Report").
In accordance with Listing Rules 9.6.1 and 9.6.3, a copy of the above document has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism (which has replaced the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility) and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.hemscott.com/nsm.do
