DYOR - SP falls around 30-40% after a failed bid
"Anyway IGG & Glass are not experts on the particulars of takeovers. Their speciality is more on the executive remuneration side and all matters greenery"
I guess we should all let the the Special Situations Team at ISS and Glass Lewis know that they are not experts on....special sits
**** -------"they are considering what else they are willing to release to pis so that the moment the contention of the rns that they two companies are recommending approval of the bid is unsubstantiated."
So blinded by rage and broken dreams that the sentences are not sentencing lol
To further add from their website -
"Glass Lewis’ Proxy Paper research reports feature case-by-case, independent analysis of all the proposals contained in tens of thousands of shareholder meetings held each year across more than 100 markets worldwide. "
1. Do you really think that anyone would lie about the recommendations (and crucially, name the body) via RNS? lol
2. The research / recommendations is a paid for service. Please feel free to start a whip round to buy the research (in the same way that institutional investors pay for the service).
I am always staggered that the moment someone has a difference of opinion to PIs, it is immediately challenged, and battered. Grow the eff up and be mature enough to grasp the concept of a different perspective.
Jesus god. Not (sn)Heid on this chat channel too. Same dirge as the RBD channel. Count your lucky stars she isn't quoting "Baby Sattar - the Oil King" (her words not mine) *shudder*. Running true to form, she is picking out an individual to actively bully, whilst reporting posts of anyone that calls her out on her crappy toxic behavior and de-ramping *sigh*
- buyer at 17.5p
Awww..Moniman. Don't be so bitter that 79.89% of the votes voted didn't agree with you. If you can successfully grasp the concept of different perspectives, I may consider coming back to debate with you on a regular basis.
Cue Moniman asking for the 5,765 time who is responsible for the SP depreciation of 95% whilst completely avoiding the fact that AC's Zenith share price is >95%. Whilst not admitting that he will have voted for AC to join RBD.
Meet with the Lion King....perhaps Heid can hook you up, assuming she can drag herself away from hash tagging Anthony Joshua, and Kamran every 5 seconds.
You lot are a JOKE. You can't go to the meeting and ask questions, or tell the Board what you think of them, but want to meet KS.
lol. Words fail me.
It’s a bearded dragon babe. Not a pet dragon.
A pet dragon is about as real as your online girlfriend you’ve never met.
ps I’ll save you a seat at the next shareholder meeting. Maybe you’ll find your voice by then.
Uggy. This is the Wild West of AIM. I don't know a company where this doesn't happen. Attendance at meetings is what is needed here. So that questions can't be ignored. Turnout yesterday was 95% advisors I would guess, and 5% holders - wouldn't you agree?
The first step in recovery is accepting that more than 1 person disagrees with you. I am not Piou, JackD or anyone else. Its complete madness to fool yourselves into thinking that people that don't drink the same KOOLAID don't exist. They do. There's not enough time in the world for me to look at common spelling errors, punctuation, writing style and then try and put two and two together and making five. The fact is, it doesn't matter if you run multiple handles - that's your choice. What matters is that we all feel differently, and we all have different concerns. Yours is SP, CS, and WN. Mine was KS and friends, the misinformation, and the lies.
Just an observation - if i were to run multiple handles I would make very deliberate errors like "an" instead of "and".
Just sayin....*shrug*
Watts. I agree. Most BoD are unreachable / unresponsive which is why it is so important that people attend AGMs and GMs. There were shareholders there today. Granted it wasn't many, but they were there, and I don't think they attended to support. And still not a single question was asked.
I'm not using up minutes of my day answering people that sit behind a screen all day repeating themselves. lol
Its as i said...keyboard warriors who aren't brave enough to ask the company themselves. Just craving human interaction if its good, bad or indifferent. Some (bad) attention is better than no attention. Just repetitive questions that no one but the Board can answer.
Get out more. There's more to life than Cash in the Attic and exotic pets.
"So who is responsible for a near 95% decline in the share price?
Who is responsible for writing off £ millions on NON-CORE projects?
Who is responsible for causing so much shareholder dissatisfaction to cause 2 resolution votes?"
They were sat in a room this morning. All of the Board. Why didn't you come and ask them, instead of repeating this over and over and over again. Just...bore off.
Just to confirm not a SINGLE solitary question was asked.
