One of the key points is this:
"Providing legal certainty – the Commission intends to help unlock large-scale investments and boost the production capacity for innovative and sustainable batteries in Europe and beyond in response to the fast-growing market."
Projects like EMH and ZNWD will clearly be among the winners here.
The US seems to have agreed on the next stimulus package of about $900 billion.
Gold price up and should hopefully break the $1900 mark later today.

Thanks for the heads-up on this.
It does look like GDXJ could be buying on Monday. Let's hope that's the case and we see a gradual recovery of the share price. Last week's price action was not what most holders were expecting with the gold price hovering near the $1900/oz mark.
That was a completely manipulated move by BofA if they are the ones coordinating the purchase for GDXJ.
Same thing happened to some of the other additions like Sabina Gold, Victoria Gold, etc. Massive smash on the day of addition!
This could well be the last chance to top up on Monday before PUR officially gets re-rated to producer status.
Here's the link again. Previous one didn't work correctly.

PUR town hall recording from yesterday (scroll at the bottom of the page).https://www.om-partners.com/Nothing new that long term holders don't already know but worth a listen for new shareholders. There's a Q&A session in the last half hour.100k oz p.a. producer by 2022 and increasing production as they dig deeper through the 8 zone next year.
If anyone has any doubt about ZNWD going into production, take a look at all the gigafactories which are being built across Europe. Only a matter of time folks. I'll continue to accumulate shares here before the crowd turns up.

Cornish Lithium is a private company but they raise money once a year. They recently raised money on Crowdcube.com in October. They were targeting GBP 1.5m but in the end raised over GBP 5m.

I've been an investor since the first round and invested again this year. Their last capital raise was at a valuation of GBP 40m but based on what I'm seeing, this is probably already double that now as they use Vulcan Energy as a benchmark.

Cornish Lithium plans to IPO in 2-3 years but I suspect they will likely raise money beforehand but this will likely be at GBP 100m+.
Hope that helps.

That's what I've been saying all along.
If a lithium project is economical, it will very likely become a mine. ZNWD sits on the same deposit as EMH but on the German side. Now is the time to accumulate as everyone is excited about EMH and other hot lithium plays.

The timing for FP was always by Xmas. However, this timeframe became more uncertain given COVID-19 and the forest fire they encountered earlier this year. All those events could have made the timing for FP easily slip but management still delivered before Xmas. This cannot be underestimated.
You can look at other miners where their timeframe has slipped by at least one quarter due to COVID-19. I will not mention any names on a chat board and will leave you to do your own homework.
200p by end of the year KUMS!
Watch when they start hoovering the shares for inclusion in GDXJ on Friday.
Hold onto your shares.
Market makers will play games to try and get cheap shares.
I cannot believe they left the ASK at 170p when it closed at 175p on TSX yesterday. Absolutely ludicrous especially given the RNS this morning.
Fantastic news! FP well ahead of schedule!
Well done to management. I never had any doubt they would deliver before Xmas but nearly 2 weeks before is simply amazing.
This combined with GDXJ buying this week - we will see fireworks!
EMH and ZNWD holder here.
I wanted to add my 2 cents to this discussion as I do not think we are comparing apples with apples, i.e. EMH and ZNWD. EMH market cap's is 5x ZNWD and rightly so since it is a lot more advanced. I think a fairer evaluation would be to highlight the overall macro / demand for lithium and where is ZNWD placed to benefit from the increased demand in lithium.
1. The EU has made lithium a strategic metal which needs to be sourced locally as much as possible.
2. ZNWD is in Germany and also owns a 50% stake in the project operated by German Lithium. Given all the automakers nearby and the Tesla Gigafactory in Berlin, there is simply no way that ZNWD will not enter production. The automakers are desperate for more Lithium and it will be cheaper for them if they can source some of it locally. Why import all of it from the likes of Ganfeng from China if you can get part of your lithium just a few hours by truck instead?
3. The world needs all the lithium supply it can get over the next decade if it wants to meet its carbon neutral goals. This is not just about EVs but batteries in general.
4. Regarding the defunct shareholder, I have no doubt someone will eventually buy that stake. The fundamentals for lithium is just too strong to ignore. If it turns out to be the likes of Ganfeng or Livent, we could be off to the races.

Thanks for your welcome. Glad to join the ZNWD bandwagon. I was amazed by how cheap the market cap is and the share price had not risen as much as the other lithium plays. Thanks for the sharing the info regarding the potential IPO of the Erris gold project - that would be icing on the cake!
In addition to EMH and ZNWD, I also own a few other lithium plays listed on the ASX and TSX. I looked at SAV but I was put off by the constant opposition from the local population, which could delay the mining permit by several years.
Regarding Vulcan Energy, I have been following their progress (and share price!) as they are one of the benchmarks for Cornish Lithium, which recently did a private capital raise earlier this year. I am a shareholder in CL and believe in the technology but you are right to point out that there have been reports this activity could cause some seismic disturbance - there was a similar report in France where they are doing the same activity in Alsace in France!
I remain optimistic most of those projects will eventually get the green light as the world simply needs all the lithium it can get to meet the demand side. Lithium is simply one of the key metals for the future.

I'm a new shareholder in Zinnwald and I also have a decent position in EMH. It is clear that local sources of Li will be a real priority for the automakers in Europe. There are of course the Germans but the other elephant in the room is the Tesla Gigafactory in Berlin. Earlier this year, Tesla entered into a Li agreement with Piedmont Lithium, a US Li miner to secure local supply of Li.
Those are the main reasons why I am a shareholder in EMH and Zinnwald. Zinnwald is in Germany itself and also owns a 50% stake in the project operated by European Lithium. EMH is in the Czech republic, which is next door to Germany. The demand for Li by the EV industry will continue to increase and I have no doubt that Zinnwald and other European players will receive the full support of local govts as well as the automakers.
