I don't think the market cares too much about the last lot.
Buys have to be broken up into smaller lots and the Mms are happy to buy shares in big chunks.

On Hl I can sell in £20k in one go.

Lvl2 shows 7.2million volume but only 5.5milliom worth of buys and sells are showing.
Mms are delaying publication of 1.7million worth of shares.
Same thing happened on Monday when they hid the 1mil buy.

Yeah I don't see this going down. It finished 20% up from the days low.

The 22mil placing shares will hit the market on 29th of May. I expect some profit taking around then but we should be at 4p.

Brilliant news for LTHs. I've been here since the first conversion and so it's been a long year. I originally anticipated 260mil shares after full conversion but Paul has managed to use some cash reserves to keep the total dilution to 240mil shares.

Anothe poster pointed out the returnable bank guarantee is in usd which at current conversion rate is £820k. Ater the last conversion Arato has around that much left.

Now that they are covered by the bank guarantee hopefully we don't see more conversions. I don't expect Paul to communicate anything on the matter, he's only focused on the projects as well as being the largest shareholder.

The past few days that's two large buys totalling £50k. Both were able to go through below the ask at the time. Now we know that's because of the 100k overhang. It is normally near impossible to buy that many shares at market price.

Imo most of the conversion shares will already have been sold. The conversion price is 1.9 so they will have converted around 2.1p. So deifinately a late reporting.

We're all aware the cln is not ideal. I personally hold Sarah cope responsible as she was in charge of securing funding when the cln was agreed. It didn't take Paul long to realise it was not a good deal. She soon left on mutual agreement.

As GRH said we have to factor in complete conversion around 2p which gives us a total share count of 260mil. If you're worried our share count could increase to that level, than you shouldn't be invested here.

Granted I've been here a long time and seen a few conversions. The important thing is the company is making steady progress. When 1/3 projects delivers the mcap will reflect that.

The conversions here have helped many get cheap shares.

Predator Oil & Gas Holdings Plc (PRD), the Jersey-based Oil and Gas Company with operations in Trinidad, Morocco and Ireland, notes the announcement today by Columbus Energy Resources PLC ("Columbus"), that the Petroleum Operations Management Division of the Ministry of Energy and Energy Industries ("MEEI") has granted approval for the AT-5X carbon dioxide and injection system to start injecting for a period of 90 days. This will allow the maximum carbon dioxide injection rate and pressure, as determined by the reservoir engineering forecasts, to be achieved.

The carbon dioxide injection and delivery system and site layout has been independently inspected to ensure that the highest HSE standards possible are applied to enable operations to continue uninterrupted during the COVID-19 public health emergency.

@chancers I agree with hertz, they can forward sell the shares knowing they are going to convert and get them at a lower price.

Paul should have raised another million at 4p and paid them off.

The sooner we drill we can pay them off and get out of this cycle.

I am surprised those large buys did not clear the overhang. 3/4 still left at 2.8p ask. Shouldn't be many left now as almost full ask being paid.
