No one and I repeat again as I did several days ago has a scooby doo what's happening regarding the bogus legal case, that may or may not be sent to the courts. No one has a clue about the timing of this legal case, what we do know is it has impacted the SP over the last 10 days.
I am sick of all the back and forth so time to switch off again until next week.
Hoping the SP hasn't total capitulated by then.

My assumption is it is just a game being played by several notable people on the Island for self gratification. They have no case and if they did move ahead, and I say if the cost implications could be devastating to the injunction team.
I am always happy to be shown quantified reasons for why I am wrong.

Truth be known nobody has a clue where the price will be tomorrow let alone pre-spud. I change my mind on a daily basis from elation to wtf with the swings it goes through.
