Ultimately, changing auditors again is a very poor signal that someone or something isnt 100%.

You would thing that when changing Auditors in May that DD would have been done to ensure they knew they could do the job, obviously not, A very poor reflection on the decision makers.

But Herpan I dont understand if its legally binding they get the shares, why did this have to be voted on?

I have no issues with giving back the shares to the investors who gave the shares to PPP, if there is a legal president then why vote, just give them back legally

Aware of that, but wirhout the accounts being audited why have an Agm, the company cannot move forward until they are done.

As for the now going over 15 months, do note they hold an Agm but it was adjourned so im sure they would use that as a technicality to say they started the process( I could be wrong on this though)

How can he give an AGM date if the accounts are not signed off by the auditors

We have all gone beyond caring and just want it trading again so who is ever in charge do what you have to do to get it going again.
