Someone is massively confident in this, £1 million buy has just gone through so no wonder it's climbing higher ;-)

...and a new website by the looks of it! www africaneagle
Would love to know too! They were suspended, then talk of a takeover or merger but radio silence for years.
African Eagle wishes to provide an update to the announcements made on the 20 November 2014 and on 1 December 2014 in relation to the proposed acquisition of Lime-Chem Resources (Proprietary) Limited. Subsequent to the previous announcements and during the process of progressing the transaction the Company has identified aspects of the transaction that have necessitated changes to the previously announced terms. Those changes are currently still under discussion with the vendors and as a consequence there can be no guarantee that the previously announced timetable will be adhered to or that the transaction will complete. The Board intends to update shareholders of progress in relation to the proposed acquisition of Lime-Chem Resources (Proprietary) Limited via the website (www.africaneagle.co.uk) and the SENS system of the JSE Limited.
African Eagle is pleased to announce the appointment, with immediate effect, of Loeb Aron & Company Limited as its Joint Broker alongside Pareto Securities Limited.
Cheers Sercher appreciate your reply! I've seen your name over the last 3 odd years so know your genuine when it comes to the eagle. Really wish I never got my eagle tattoo 3 years ago...back into the foetal position again now until news (good news)!
Im not one to post normally, but that 40k is most of what I have invested in the Eagle from 3 years ago, so I am obviously massively down on my investment. I'm kind of hoping something is going to work out now we've had this board shuffle and loan, but probably more desperate for it to happen. My real brain ache is (I may be wrong) but why would this Nick Clarke join the African Eagle board and also own Blackdown who now own 90% of Dutwa? Is Blackdown going to swallow up African Eagle in some way for peanuts so we totally lose everything and increase their % of Dutwa? Or is something genuinely brewing, so I can at least see some light at the end of the tunnel? Cheers, really appreciate any feedback on this.
I share your pain porg! Was sat on massive profit at one stage, let it ride and here we are...but, yes feel things can grow from here to at least cover some of my losses. Hindsight springs to mind here and wished I had cashed in a bit more than I did, but reckon things can only progress, especially with some of the faces back on board, notebly Mr Parker.
Never posted before but have watched for the past 4 or 5 years every day religiously as I own a boat load of shares in AFE (well to me anyway). I remember MOGO mentioning he watched this go from 1p up to 16-17p and never sold and now it's gone all the way back down...and a little bit more which is starting to worry me like most on here now. And that's WITH the Dutwa find with the chance of much more underneath!! I'm not a sharedealer or expert believe me, but maybe believed I was when I sold my father in laws shares for him at 12p to net him 14 bags profit (again mega bucks in my world). Is this squeeky bum time or is this likely to return to a realistic price again anytime soon. Suppose we're really crying out desperately for a partner to carry us through as the latest RNS's suggest. I'm not quite in the foetal position yet but I'm sucking my thumb in slight panic. Mogo you could help me out with a realistic outlook as I have pretty much appreciated your insights over the years.
